The Trans Tasman Amateur Challenge 2019 wll be held in New Zealand this time around in September/October. If you think you may be interested please read the criteria below. This is a very exciting and rewarding opportunity to represent your country in a sport you love.
Criteria (to be confirmed):
- Be a financial AQHA-NZ Amateur for he 2017/2018 season as well as the 2018/2019 season
- Own and ride a registered Quarter Horse
- Attend either the North Island or South Island Closed Quarter Horse Show and the 2019 Quarter Horse Nationals
- Compete in at least 5 AQHA-NZ recognised shows in the 2018/2019 show season, including the Closed and National Shows
- To supply your show horse plus one other suitable show horse at the Trans Tasman Challenge if your are selected (3 year olds are too young)
- Attend all trainng clinics
- If unable to attend any of the above shows or clinics despensation is to be applied for prior to the event
- Nomination fee of $250 is due October 2018
